What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and optionally your company and phone number, plus your message. When you email us or become a client, we keep the contact and service details needed to support you. Our web server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security.

Why we collect it

We use it only to reply to your enquiry, quote for work, provide the IT support, consulting and software services you ask for, keep you updated on your requests and projects, and send notices about changes to our terms or policies. We don't sell, rent or share your details for marketing.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It only remembers your light or dark choice in your browser, and only if you use the switch. See our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

Third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Our hosting provider stores the site and emails sent through the form.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
